Sana Malik Shaikh, born and raised in Mumbai, hails from a family of farmers who migrated from Dhuswa, Uttar Pradesh, in the 1950s. Her education and life lessons were shaped by the diverse and vibrant culture of Mumbai, a city that embraces all. Sana began her professional journey as an architect and later earned an LLB degree, which equipped her with a strong foundation for navigating various fields. Married into a family with roots in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, she enjoys the rich cultural heritage of both Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. As a wife and mother of two, Sana has mastered the art of balancing personal, professional, social, and political responsibilities.

Throughout her life, Sana has been deeply committed to humanitarian causes, consistently working to improve the lives of underprivileged communities, especially women and youth. Her political career is driven by a passion for social justice, education, and economic opportunity, with a focus on fostering empowerment and creating a more equitable society. Sana’s vision for a better, more inclusive future centers around five key areas, and she continues to champion these causes with unwavering dedication.
